The Euclid Public Library lobby is currently open to the public for limited services. To ensure the safety of both the staff and the public, masks must be worn at all times while in the Library.
According to the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), one in five Ohioans has received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine. Ohioans ages 40 and older as well as those with certain medical conditions will be able to get the vaccine on Friday, March 19, and all Ohioans ages 16 and older will be eligible starting Monday, March 29.
On Tuesday, May 24, at 2:00 PM, the Euclid Public Library Board of Trustees will convene for a Hybrid In-Person and Virtual Committee and Board Meeting through a conference/online meeting platform. Euclid Public Library will be closed on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, for Staff Development Day. The Lobby and Meeting Rooms will be open for in-person voting from 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM.

To prevent a continued surge in COVID-19 cases in the region, Euclid Public Library will resume Limited Lobby Service beginning Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Lobby service include call ahead hold pickups, faxing, copying, mobile hotspot checkout, and at home COVID-19 test pick-up (if available) during the library’s hours of operation.
The Euclid Public Library Board of Trustees welcomed two new members on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, bringing the board back to full strength. New members Janeen Copic (Euclid) and Jeremiah Swetel (Euclid), bring diverse public and private sector experience to the seven-member board.
For the second year, The City Club of Cleveland and nine local libraries are teaming up for a civic challenge. It’s called Five Days for Democracy – a week dedicated to reminding us why democracy matters and engaging all of us in keeping it strong. The challenge will run from Monday, September 20 through Friday, September 24, 2021.
