Over 9,000 messages were sent to Ohio legislators in support of the Public Library Fund. Euclid Public Library proudly joined libraries across the state in Columbus to advocate for #Ohiolibraries.
Thank you to State Senator Kent Smith and State Representative Eric Synenberg for supporting Ohio libraries. The state budget is now with the Senate, and the process will continue through the end of June. We’re still advocating alongside fellow libraries to restore the Public Library Fund (PLF) to 1.75%, as proposed in Governor DeWine’s budget.
